To ensure the safety of Stitch It Employees when on the road for work purposes, please complete the following checklist every time you will be traveling. Please send one hard copy of your checklist to Head Office on a quarterly basis. Ensure that you are abiding by all driving laws are they pertain to your and your perspective province. Any infraction of the law are the responsibility of the driver.

Vehicle maintenance completed:

Scheduled maintenance checks have been carried out on time
Adequate levels of fluid
Appropriate tire pressure
Vehicle performance has nto deteriorated; if it has, attend to it promptly
Ensure that vehicle is in good working condition overall
Windshield, Rear and Side Windows are clean and offer good visibility
No chips or cracks in windows

Vehicle is equipped with emergency supplies: *
